As a part of our commitment to providing you with more secure and convenient ways to access your account statements and contract notes, we are happy to advise that we will be transitioning from printed statements that are delivered through the postal service to a more secure, expedient, and eco-friendly alternative.
Effective February 1, 2025, your statements and contract notes will be available via two mediums:
1. Our secure online client portal at https://online.JNFunds.com
If you have not already done so, we encourage you to register for our online, anywhere, anytime access to your account information, transactions and statements. If you are already registered, simply log in and continue to securely access your information.
2. Email: For clients who have not yet registered on our online client portal, your statements and contract notes will be sent directly to your email address on record in a secured, encrypted format. Please take a moment to update your account record to ensure delivery of your statements and contract notes.
