Ms. Elizabeth Ann Jones is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JN Fund Managers Limited. Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica, she is a retired Senior Partner of KPMG in Jamaica and recent Chairman of KPMG CARICOM.
Ms. Jones has over 40 years’ professional experience in Jamaica's accountancy profession with over 30 years as Head of KPMG’s Jamaican Tax practice. She was seconded to the Ministry of Finance between 1989 and 1992 as special advisor to the Minister on taxation and related matters.
Ms. Jones served as Chairman of both the Trade Board and Fiscal Services Limited and represented the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica which reviewed Jamaica’s Tax system. She also served as a member of the Divestment Committee and the Tax Policy and Tax Administration Working Group in Jamaica.
Dr. Tanna is a former Chairman of JN Fund Managers Limited's Board of Directors and has been a member of the Jamaica National Building Society Board since 1981. He is a long standing member of the Society's Investment Committee and a Director of the National Building Society of Cayman.
A graduate of the University of London and the University of California, Dr. Tanna is an Economist. He is a former Director and Chairman of a number of Jamaican companies. His career spans assignments in Uganda, the U.S.A., and several organizations in Jamaica and other Caricom states including the University of the West Indies, Jamaica National Investment Co. Ltd. (JNIC) and Capital Development Fund. He is the Managing Director of Lumber Depot, a buildings material outlet in Kingston and Blue Power Limited, the largest manufacturer of laundry soap in Jamaica.
Mr. Earl Jarrett joined JNBS in May 1997, as an Executive with responsibility for Compliance and Overseas Subsidiaries. In October 1999 he was appointed General Manager of the Society. Mr. Jarrett is a member of the Board of Directors for the Society, its local and overseas subsidiaries as well as the JNBS Foundation.
A Chartered Accountant, and graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mr. Jarrett is Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) and a member of the Executive Board of the Caribbean Association of Housing Finance Institutions. He is the Chairman of the Jamaica Cancer Society, and a Trustee of the Dudley Grant Memorial Trust and the YWCA Trust. He also serves as a Director for The Gleaner Company (UK) and North American Boards. A former Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and Past President of the Rotary Club of New Kingston, Mr. Jarrett also served as a member of the National Task Force on Political Tribalism.
Ms. Monica Ladd is an Attorney-at-Law and was a partner in the law firm Myers Fletcher & Gordon for over eleven years. In 2005 she was appointed a Director of JN Fund Managers Limited. She is also a Director of Jamaica International Insurance Co. Limited.
She holds a B.A. degree from Brown University and a J.D. degree from Emory University, both in the United States. Ms. Ladd is qualified to practice in both Jamaica and the USA and is admitted to the Bars of Georgia (1988), Washington D.C. (1989), New York (1990) and Florida (1990). She has served in the USA Foreign Service and has wide experience in international trade and corporate law.
Mr. Peter Morris is a Director of JN Fund Managers Ltd., Jamaica National Building Society and JN General Insurance. He is also a member of the JNBS Investment Committee.
Mr. Morris has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He has extensive business experience and management and Board level in Jamaica, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Dr. the Hon. Carlton Davis, OJ has served on several Boards. Currently, in addition to JNFM, he is also a Director to the UWI’s International Centre for Environment and Nuclear Sciences and Board Chairman of Jamaica Special Olympics and the National Library Board and the CHASE Fund.
Having served his country with outstanding distinction, he was awarded the Order of Jamaica (1990), and the Commander of the Order of Distinction (1976). He also received the Institute of Jamaica Centenary Medal for Science, Jamaica Society of Scientists and Technologists Science Industry Award, Jamaica Institute of Management Manager of the Year Award, Scientific Research Council 25-Year Award and the Doctor of Laws Honoris Causa, UWI.
Dr. the Hon Davis, OJ was a Permanent Secretary and a Cabinet Secretary and headed the Jamaica Civil Service. He is a graduate of Jamaica School of Agriculture, University of the West Indies (MSc, PhD) and McGill University (BSc/Agr).
Professor Fletcher CD, served at the University of the West Indies and the University Hospital of the West Indies between 1973 and 2006. He was Head of Surgery of both institutions for 14 of these years and was appointed Professor Emeritus of Surgery on retirement.
Professor Fletcher CD, is a Past President of the Association of Surgeons in Jamaica and a Past Governor of the American College of Surgeons (Jamaica Chapter). He is a member of the Association of Surgeons in Jamaica, the Medical Association of Jamaica, and the Caribbean College of Surgeons. He serves on several Boards.
He was awarded the Jamaica Defence Force Medal of Honour for Meritorious Service in 1993. The Order of Distinction (Commander Class) was conferred by the Government of Jamaica in 2011.
He is a graduate of University College of the West Indies and pursued surgical studies in New York at hospitals affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Caryl Fenton is a Chartered Accountant, having retired as an audit partner on September 30, 2011, from the firm KPMG Chartered Accountants.
During her 30 years at KPMG she held engagement partner responsibility for a large portfolio of the KPMG's clients and the human resources area of that firm’s administration. Audits included some of Jamaica’s largest general insurance companies, and two life insurance companies..
Within KPMG, her other responsibilities included being Head of Audit for the Jamaican member firm and KPMG Caricom. This role involved oversight of quality control and training.
Ms. Fenton chaired the Accounting Standards Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica for over eight years and represented that body on the Council of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
Mr. Keith Senior joined JN Fund Managers Limited in 2000 as General Manager. His career, spanning four decades in Finance, Credit, Investments and Administration, began with the Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) where he worked for over twenty years in Jamaica, the United States of America and Canada.
In 1975, Mr. Senior was appointed Financial Controller of BNS Jamaica becoming the first Jamaican and the youngest person to have held that position. He joined the Eagle Financial Network in 1991 as Deputy General Manager of Eagle Commercial Bank and was elevated to General Manager in 1993.
Mr. Senior has served on the Board of the Jamaica Bauxite Institute and is currently also a Board Director to Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority.
Although recently retired from JN Fund Managers as General Manager, Mr. Senior remains on the Board and is a Director.
