Brando Hayden brings more than a decade of diverse global experience in financial services to JNFM. His career in financial services began in the Emerging Market Fixed Income Group at Bankers Trust in New York. Other overseas appointments included proprietary trading positions at Morgan Stanley, Enron Global Markets and UBS.
Prior to joining JNFM Mr. Hayden held senior positions at NCB Capital Markets and JMMB and was most recently the Assistant General Manager, Treasury and Investments at JNBS.
Mr. Hayden is a graduate of New York University (MBA) and City University of New York (BBA). He sits on the Board of Governors for Munro College and is Chairman of the Board’s Sports Committee.
Sharon is responsible for management and oversight for Information Technology and Operations.
Graduating from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica with a B.Sc. degree in Management Studies, she earned a MBA degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, USA.
Sharon has over two decades of experience in the financial industry with a wide range of knowledge in research, product development and operations. She has also been responsible for the implementation of a scalable infrastructure, widening and delivery of new growth channels as well as the optimizing of operational efficiencies.
Sharon joined JN Fund Managers in 2002 after working at Mayberry Investments Ltd and International Trust & Merchant Bank. In 2013 she was promoted to Assistant General Manager then to Deputy General Manager.
Janice Robinson Longmore joined the JN Group on July 21, 2014 as a Executive mandated to support the JN Group Transformation Project.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in investment management, pension fund management, commercial banking and regulatory compliance. Mrs. Longmore has worked in several management and senior management roles in the areas of banking operations, bank auditing, treasury management, trust operations, pension fund management, property investments, investment management and mutual fund distribution throughout financial industries in Jamaica and Canada.
She earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Calgary, in Alberta, Canada.
Patrick began his accounting career as an Audit Junior in 1984 with Chartered Accountants, Mair Russell & Partners. In 1986 he joined the Internal Audit Department of Jamaica National Building Society as a Senior Auditor and was later promoted to Audit Supervisor in 1990. In 1995 Patrick was transferred to the Finance Department as an Accounting Supervisor.
Two years later, another transfer took him to JN Fund Managers Limited, then operating as Investment Managers Limited. Following the re-structuring of Investment Managers Limited to become JN Fund Managers Limited, Patrick was placed in charge of the coordination and management of the Accounting Department.
Patrick is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (awaiting membership) and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Annette joined the JNFM team in August 2002. She brings to JNFM, a strong background in Communications having spent over a decade in marketing, public relations and production in broadcast and the print media. Her entry to the financial sector was preceded by several years of marketing and administrative management in the distributive trade.
Annette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the West Indies and has studied at the International Training Institute (Sydney, Australia) and CAST (now UTECH.)
A passionate believer in volunteerism, Annette has initiated support programmes for specially challenged persons being prepared for independence and employment. At present she is a Director of Jamaica Down's Syndrome Foundation and a member of several industry-related associations.
Delories entered the financial industry in 1992 when she joined the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League. In 2001 she moved to JNFM as an administrator. However, her knowledge of wealth creation and portfolio management coupled with a passion for sharing this knowledge, led to a promotion and a transfer to Sales. As Senior Dealers Representative, Delories made a significant contribution to the company's phenomenal growth in its early years.
In 2004, Delories joined JMMB initially as a Financial Advisor, later being promoted to the position of Corporate Relationship Manager. Four years later she rejoined JNFM to lead the sales team.
In addition to representing JNFM at seminars and in the media, Delories also teams with members of the JN Group for financial counselling sessions island wide.
