Allan Lewis, a dynamic and experienced professional whose 30 year career has spanned all types of financial markets, joined JN Fund Managers Limited (JNFM) as Managing Director in October 2016.
Prior to joining JNFM, Allan worked with Victoria Mutual Building Society where he served as a Senior Vice President. He achieved a BSc (Hons), Actuarial Science degree from Western University, Ontario, Canada, as well as an MBA, Actuarial Science and the Ed.M., Urban Education degrees from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA.
He has served as Chairman of the Pension Funds Association of Jamaica, the Jamaica Stock Exchange and also the Operations Committee of the Professional Football Association of Jamaica. Allan is a Director of Consolidated Foods Limited in St. Lucia.
Sharon is responsible for management and oversight for Information Technology and Operations.
Graduating from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica with a B.Sc. degree in Management Studies, she earned a MBA degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, USA.
Sharon has over two decades of experience in the financial industry. She has also been responsible for the implementation of a scalable infrastructure, widening and delivery of new growth channels as well as the optimizing of operational efficiencies.
Sharon joined JN Fund Managers in 2002 after working at Mayberry Investments Ltd and International Trust & Merchant Bank. In 2013 she was promoted to Assistant General Manager then to Deputy General Manager.
Jermaine Deans has responsibility for Investment Banking, Origination and Capital Markets.
He has over 14 years experience in Global Financial Markets, Monetary and Fiscal Policies, Structured Products, Research and Treasury Management and has structured portfolio and balance sheet solutions for various entities via Debt, Equity, Acquisitions and IPOs.
He is a director of Peak Bottling Company Limited, former director of Elite Diagnostics Limited, and past member of the Banker’s Sub-Committee of the Jamaica Bankers Association. Jermaine lectures in Portfolio Management and Financial Markets.
He holds a BSc. in Finance and a MBA in Finance with concentration in Investment Management from Villanova School of Business, Villanova University.
Delories entered the financial industry in 1992 when she joined the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League. In 2001 she moved to JNFM as an administrator. However, her knowledge of wealth creation and portfolio management led to a promotion and a transfer to Sales. As Senior Dealers Representative, Delories made a significant contribution to the company's phenomenal growth in its early years.
In 2004, Delories joined JMMB initially as a Financial Advisor, later being promoted to the position of Corporate Relationship Manager. Four years later she rejoined JNFM to lead the sales team.
In addition to representing JNFM at seminars and in the media, Delories also teams with members of the JN Group for financial counselling sessions island wide.
Patrick began his accounting career as an Audit Junior in 1984 with Chartered Accountants, Mair Russell & Partners. In 1986 he joined the Internal Audit Department of Jamaica National Building Society as a Senior Auditor and was later promoted to Audit Supervisor in 1990. In 1995 Patrick was transferred to the Finance Department as an Accounting Supervisor.
Two years later, another transfer took him to JN Fund Managers Limited. Patrick was placed in charge of the coordination and management of the Accounting Department.
Patrick is an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (awaiting membership) and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Gayon is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona and the University of Leicester, England where she completed her Masters of Business Administration (MBA), majoring in Finance.
Her career started at the Office of the Superintendent of Insurance and Unit Trusts. She then worked at the Financial Services Commission (FSC) over 12 years in the securities division and also held the post of Group Compliance & Risk Manager for Ideal Group of Companies.
Gayon has participated in several regional and international regulatory and developmental seminars at the World Bank, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Times. She is also a part of Dress for Success Jamaica, dedicated to promoting the economic independence of disadvantaged women in Jamaica by providing career development tools to help women thrive in life.
